Out to dinner

To finish off our marathon day today we went out to dinner with Matt's parents, his brother and his kids.  We missed Aunt Abigail who already had a prior commitment. The kids love playing with their cousins, Alex, Brett and Laila.  By the end of dinner the kids were stir crazy so I took them outside and let them play.  Alex was trying to help convince Kai he wanted to dance.  Kai DOES NOT dance, never has.

SOunds like a CRAZY but fun day! Laila has gotten big. How old is she? What do you mean Kai doesn't dance. Remember when you were here and we got him to WOO-WOO with us?!

Laila is one now. Kai doesn't "let go" and dance, any events we've been to where there's dancing he won't do it.

Jean,
Oh My Gosh, what a pleasant surprise to hear from you! Wow, how did Jenny find me? I am so excited that you wrote, you don't even realize!

I think of you all the time actually! In fact, I was talking about you to Beth Price this morning, do you remember her? She is Danny Price's mother and now she is my mother in law :) I married Danny's brother almost a year ago!

How did you guys end up in Florida? Are you still doing Social work? Please add me to your blog, I would love to keep in touch with you.

Ginger,
It's so nice to hear from you! I actually quit working when I had Kai (when I left Logan). I haven't worked out of the home since my kids were born. I MISS all my friends and the families I worked with. Yes, I remember Beth, I worked with her when I first started at DSPD, she was with CETC and I did People First stuff with her. How is she doing?
My sister, Jenny, ran into your sister and she gave her the blog link and then she told me your link was on her blog. Where are you living in CO?? Have you eaten at Chipotle?? That's our absolute favorite and we are finally getting one here in Jacksonville. We came out here for a job. Matt worked for Icon all the time we were in Logan and then transferred with them to CO. We weren't around any family so we looked for jobs back in Logan, Oregon and out here near his family. This is where we landed. :)

Thank you Lynn for your comments about the program. I love working with the children in primary and feel blessed to feel of their sweet spirits every Sunday!

Jean,
I actually got Gingers blog address from her cousin Kaseys wife Nikki. She worked at BRASC with me and now at the Womens Center on campus.

You were everyone's favorite case worker! Even Beth Price mentioned this weekend how it seemed as though you were one of the only one's that really cared about each individual's needs. I hold such a special place in my heart for my time at BRASC!

So where is Jenny, your sister, living? I looked at her blog... you both look so good!

Mexican food is the best! Kai won't dance? I would think that he would dance all over the place. Maybe he just hasn't heard the right song yet. Anywhoo, thanks for the apartment comments. We really do like our new place and our new ward. They haven't had the Primary Program yet. I think with the Bishopric changing and the stake adding a new ward they have delayed it by a few weeks. I miss Primary....:*(
