We gave Kai the option this year of having a "birthday party" or taking a friend to Ollie Koala's (similar to Chuck E Cheese but a little nicer). He chose Hunter and his sister Suzie to come and have a sleepover. It worked out great. We went on Kai's b.day which was a Monday (so it was not crowded) and the next day was Veteran's Day so they had no school.

Cool ! I didn't know they had all that neat stuff to do there...They look like they had a wonderful time !
I've never been I Ollie's but my grandson had his second birthday there and I was too sick to go and be around all the kids and parents.
How nice of you to give your kids choices....I'm not that nice. I just tell them what they will be doing and who will be coming. I make it sound like it's the most wonderful thing ever and they are the luckiest kid ever to have a mom that comes up with such fantastic ideas!
FUN! is that Kadens friend Suzie? Looks like he had a GREAT birthday.
Can you believe he is 6? The birthday looks so fun!!
How fun! I can't believe you've been gone for 6 years. They're still supposed to be little. It looks like Kai had a great time!
