Kai has a pirate themed math night tonight at school and the school sent a note home saying the kids should dress as pirates when they came to school today. Like they couldn't have told us BEFORE all the Halloween stuff was gone. Being the diligent mother I am (or out of pure neurosis) I tracked a pirate costume down (the last one at party city). I think he looks really cute. Never mind it's like 30 degrees outside. He has several layers on (it's like being out west).

Argh Matee! He looks adorable and I agree with you about the teacher not giving you a heads up. Not cool at all. Is it cold there? We got snow this morning! SNOW! It's freezing but it's kind of fun too. Give our best to everyone in the Atlantic Ward. We miss it terribly. Hopefully we'll see yall around Christmas time. :o)

Kai looks like he had fun at his birthday party. I still picture him in nursery, it's hard to believe he's 6! Did you see the Twilight movie yet? Me and my mom, sister and friends went to the midnight showing last night. I felt like I was at high school, but the movie was pretty good for the low budget. Anywho...just wondering what fellow Twilighters thought. Have a good one!
